The Planning

Jinnea & Adam - the sweetest duo! We loved helping them plan their big day at the beautiful Rolling Ridge. Lead planner Kellie planned with the couple leading up to it, and loved the couple’s fun energy from the first day of meeting them.

The Morning

The day arrived and the ladies headed out to the venue bright & early for hair and makeup. The wedding party was large - nine people on both sides - which of course meant extra prep time in the morning. Kellie and assist Kierra arrived on site and started setting up decor per the plan and also assisted in meeting vendors as they arrived onsite. The guys then came to the venue to get ready for the day, and before you knew it, it was time for a first look, pictures, and a quick day of rehearsal prior to the ceremony.

The Ceremony

After the rehearsal, the wedding party hid away as guests arrived and took their seats at the stunning ceremony site at Rolling Ridge, with the trees & rolling hills as their backdrop. The wedding party glided down the aisle to outstanding live music by the famous Michael Shynes. For their unity symbol, they decided on an Anniversary Capsule to open down the road to remember this special day by. The couple said their sweet vows, shared a kiss, and just like that… they were married!

The Reception

Holy wow, was this space decorated to perfection! The couple opted to have Geyer Rental do some draping in the barn behind the head table, and added in some gold hoops as accent decor. The head table was set in a harvest style formal with the most beautiful florals & decor spread throughout. Loved this mix of votives, tall candles and fresh greens. The guest tables were decorated with eucalyptus, gold votives & pillar candles. For the guest book, the couple had a Shutterfly book with their engagement pictures printed on each page, and also a matted photo for people to sign.

The newlywed couple did a grand entrance into the reception space to greet their family & friends, and then it was time for a short prayer by Uncle Tom. Custom Catering prepped the amazing buffet - their food is always sooo good! Desserts were delicious cupcakes from Sam’s Club and enjoyed by all.

Jinnea & Adam’s wedding day had pristine weather which allowed us to have the dance outdoors (which we always love to see)! The bride & groom did their first dance to What I Love About You, followed by the father & daughter dance to My Little Girl, and lastly, the mother & son dance to The Gift You Are. Guests enjoyed the bonfire pit on the patio & yard games outside throughout the evening. The couple also did the bouquet toss, shoe game & dollar dance to spice up the dance!
