THE PLANNING

Alyssa and Tyler worked with RE owner, Kellie, to do the majority of the planning leading up to their big day. About a week before their wedding, lead planner Kayla was brought in to meet the bride via Zoom and they all worked together to iron out the last minute details.

We also made sure that all of the decor items they rented from us was packed up in the trailer and ready to be delivered to Legacy Hill Farm. We loaded it up with candlesticks, sofas, side tables, buffet hutch, dessert hutch, card box, vases, place card frame, unplugged sign, and more! Kayla’s husband, Anthony, was kind enough to deliver the rentals the morning of the wedding

THE MORNING

Kayla and Anthony arrived at the beautiful Legacy Hill Farm and assistant Mikayla wasn’t far behind. The RE duo started setting up the rental decor around the venue, and then worked quickly to also set up the decor brought by the couple.

Meanwhile, the bride and one of her bridesmaids arrived earlier than everyone else to start on the bride’s hair. River Blu Salon was in charge of hair and makeup for the ladies, and they made sure that each of them were looking their absolute best!

Once Alyssa and Tyler were both ready, her in her stunning BHLDN gown and him in his sleek black suit, they did their first look outside of the house on site. Afterwards, Half Acre House led the couple and the wedding party around the venue to take a few fun photos before the day of rehearsal led by the RE team.

THE CEREMONY

As the ceremony time arrived, guests filtered in from the parking lot and took a seat on the venue’s rustic pews. The RE team lined up the wedding party and were set to go as soon as the last guest took their seat. The wedding party glided down the aisle, to be followed by the beautiful bride. But as we shut the doors to get ready for Alyssa’s grand reveal, her veil kept getting stuck to the ground as she walked. We made the last minute decision to remove it right before walking through the ceremony doors. The situation was handled with ease and the ceremony continued as if nothing had happened. After sharing their special first kiss, they joined hands and made their way down the aisle as Mr and Mrs!

THE RECEPTION

Cocktail hour took place outside and provided plenty of socializing and drinks. Guests were able to enjoy the RE sofas and chairs in the lounge area we set up. As dinnertime neared, guests were invited into the main barn to take their seats. The white pavilion was absolutely beautiful and felt very classy with the chandeliers hanging throughout the building. The head table was set at the front of the room with guest tables staggered on each side throughout the rest of the space.

The delicious plated dinner was made by Apples 2 Apples, with a yummy dessert of Nothing Bundt Cakes to follow (two of our favorites)! We set out the desserts on the RE hutch that the couple rented and tucked it perfectly into a corner of the reception space. For the remainder of the night, everyone enjoyed the outdoor space and bar area. Adagio kept the party going all night and made sure to have everyone turn their attention to the dance floor for the bride and groom’s sweet first dance. The venue also provides a fence for all of their couples to place a lock on, which is such a fun tradition (check out A + T’s cute lock)!

Alyssa + Tyler, your day was truly one of the sweetest and we hope that marriage has been just as wonderful!

Thank you to Half Acre House for sharing these stunning photos with us!
