THE PLANNING
Our planning meetings with Jessica and Tyler took place during the perfect time of year for sitting out on the porch! Lead planner Kellie had so much fun working with the couple to coordinate the details for their wedding. After months of working with Rustic Elegance, they could savor every moment with the 100 guests that came to support their marriage at the beautiful Camrose Hill.
THE MORNING
When the wedding day arrived, it was a busy morning for everyone! The ladies were up bright and early at the Lora Hotel to get their hair and makeup done with Warpaint International who ensured the ladies would feel their best all day long. Jessica arrived at Camrose around noon to do a super sweet first look with her dad and then of course her groom!
While this was happening, there were many vendors hard at work to bring the vision to life. Ultimate Events delivered the rental items that were needed and Camrose was busy setting up florals around the space. The RE team was also on site to greet vendors, set up decor, run the rehearsal, and answer any questions that came up throughout the morning (and the rest of the day)!
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony took place in Camrose Hill’s Fairy Glen and it was truly magical! The arch was decorated with florals and twinkle lights that were turned on later in the evening. The couple decided to opt out of having a wedding party, but their officiant was a friend of the bride. She was able to connect with the couple and bring a lot of extra love and laughter into the ceremony! After a beautiful ceremony consisting of sweet words and a long awaited kiss, Jessica and Tyler were officially married! After everyone cleared out of the ceremony site the RE team and a few helpers worked to move the chairs to be ready for the reception.
THE RECEPTION
The reception location was just as dreamy as the ceremony! With lots of bright colors and twinkly lights the whole day truly felt like a fairytale. With a Twist was ready right after the ceremony ended to serve up drinks for cocktail hour (and keep them coming all night long)! Even though guests were having lots of fun socializing and playing yard games, they couldn’t resist making their way to their seats when they smelled the delicious buffet that Brasa had cooked up! After dinner, everyone helped themselves to yummy donuts from Cardigan Donuts which were stationed on our Alice Dessert Collection.
The remainder of the night was filled with so much love and celebration as the couple did their parent dances along with their first dance (all of which were SO sweet). Adagio ensured that the energy stayed up all night long on the dance floor while Leah Fontaine captured beautiful couple portraits during golden hour (we can’t get over the ones in front of the arch)!
Jessica + Tyler, it was so much fun to be included in your wedding journey and we hope married life has been nothing short of the fairytale we saw on this day!
