Michelle + Josh | Redeemed Farm
THE PLANNING
Michelle and Josh were such a pleasure to plan with! Both the bride and groom were involved throughout the planning process with RE owner, Kellie. As the wedding day approached, their lead coordinator Mikayla took over to ensure that the day would run smoothly for the couple and their 150 guests at Redeemed Farm!
THE MORNING
The couple and their wedding party arrived at the venue bright and early to get ready. We absolutely love the getting ready rooms here! The ladies spent their morning in the bridal suite with Kayla Risvold styling their hair and Kelsey Bickell doing their makeup. They both did an amazing job and the ladies looked stunning! Meanwhile, the guys were playing pool and drinking out of the fun mugs they received as groomsmen gifts until it was time to get dressed.
Once everyone was ready, the RE team helped the guys pin on their boutonnieres. The bride slipped into her beautiful gown from The Wedding Shoppe and the couple was ready for their first look! Heather Hanson Photography captured this moment perfectly, then took the couple around the beautiful venue grounds for a few portraits.
As photos wrapped up, we pulled the wedding party aside to run through a day of rehearsal. If you want to know why our team loves day of rehearsals, be sure to check out our blog all about it HERE.
THE CEREMONY
The couple opted to have their ceremony take place upstairs in the barn. European Floral added ribbon and flowers to every other chair down the aisle. It added the perfect touch of elegance to the space!
With 7 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 1 ring bearer, and 3 flower girls making their way down the aisle, everyone was glad we did a day of rehearsal! It left them feeling confident in the space and they knew exactly what to do. The RE team cued the group down the aisle and worked with the DJ to time the music perfectly. It was then time for Michelle to make her grand entrance escorted by her mom. She was truly the most stunning bride!
Susan from Affordable I Do’s led a beautiful ceremony for the couple, leaving everyone filled with happiness and love. The ceremony wrapped up with a sweet kiss and the couple exited the barn as husband and wife! As guests made their way out of the barn, the couple was there to greet them at the receiving line.
THE RECEPTION
While the couple and their guests enjoyed socializing and drinking beverages served by Fusion Events during cocktail hour, the RE team moved decor from the ceremony space to the reception. European Floral placed greens on the guest tables and we repurposed bouquets at the head table. The couple provided table numbers, candles, wood rounds, and white runners for the reception space. In the vineyard pavilion, there was a memorial table and the gifts/cards table.
Once it was time for dinner, the guests took their seats in the lower level of the ceremony barn. The wedding party did their grand entrance, and in case you can’t tell, they had a lot of fun with it! After the excitement calmed down, the couple said a welcome speech, there was a prayer, and then it was time to indulge in the delicious buffet from Donatelli's!
After dinner, the couple did a cake cutting with their stunning five tier cake from Something Sweet by Maddie Lu! Donatelli’s then stepped in to cut the cake so that it could be served to guests for dessert.
As everyone finished enjoying all the yummy food, they made their way to the stable for dancing. On the way over, Heather Hanson Photography made sure to capture a group photo of all the guests together. What a wonderful memory to have!
The couple then shared a sweet first dance in the company of their loved ones before Instant Request opened up the dance floor to everyone! These moments made for great clips that Cooper Films could add to the couple’s wedding video.
Upon their return, they did a garter and bouquet toss and continued to dance the night away! Guests were encouraged to fill up a bag at the candy bar as their guest favor which made for a fun reception activity!

The RE team wrapped up the night with our end of evening package by making sure that decor got cleaned up and packed away accordingly.
Michelle + Josh, we are so glad you chose to have Rustic Elegance on your team. Cheers to many more happy years together!
