The Planning

As we approach the chilly autumn weather, we decided to take a look back at Stephanie and Bryce’s hot July wedding day! These two were so adorable and fun to work with. Our lead planner Kellie got the pleasure of meeting with both the bride and groom for all of the planning meetings! The couple got married at the gorgeous Rustic Manor in Wisconsin. This meant that our planning duo of Kellie and Kierra got to travel and spend two nights to pull off this beautiful wedding day.

The Morning

When the wedding day arrived it was time to begin preparing for the big event! The ladies got ready in the bridal suite with beautiful hair and makeup done by Jordan Lynn Artistry. The guys got ready in the groom's room with a little help pinning on boutonnieres from the RE team! While they were getting ready the groom had a coffee delivered to his future wife with a note written on it (so sweet)! During this time the RE team was busy greeting vendors and setting up the decor. The couple rented our frame for the seating chart, an easel, cupcake stands, and votives. Wild Petals also spruced up the venue with some gorgeous florals!

The Ceremony

Just before the ceremony the couple exchanged some sweet words without seeing one another, it was such a sweet moment! Shortly after, it was time for the ceremony to start. This was taking place in the top of the barn which was thankfully air conditioned! The wedding party consisted of 4 bridesmaids, 4 groomsmen, and one adorable flower girl! These individuals glided down the aisle to “Speechless” by Dan and Shay. The bride then made her grand entrance escorted by her mom. You could feel the love in the air! The couple shared their vows, said their I Do’s, sealed it with a kiss, and they were married!

The Reception

After the ceremony, the wedding party headed outside to take some fun pictures with The Paper Elephant and pop some champagne! Guests enjoyed appetizers consisting of a popcorn bar, cheese and crackers, and a veggie tray provided by All Occasions Catering. When it was time for the delicious dinner provided by All Occasions Catering, the wedding party entered to the song “Can’t Stop the Feeling” by Justin Timberlake. After the meal it was time to make room for the dance floor! The couple played the shoe game, which is always so entertaining to watch! The game was followed by the couple’s first dance to “Who I Am With You” by Chris Young, a special mother daughter dance to “Mama’s Song” by Carrie Underwood, and the mother son dance to “Call Your Mama”. OpenBox Events then opened up the dancefloor and kept the party going all night! The couple also treated their guests to a late night snack of pizza, which everyone loved!
